In my career, I’ve worn the hats of illustration, photography, branding, game design, web, print, copywriting, editing, social media, marketing, and even textiles – but now specialise in UI/UX; approaching briefs with a focus on aesthetic narratives and user-centred design. I’m constantly inspired by technology, science and art, and where the disciplines of print / digital can interact and thrive.
As a self described community-evangelist, I’ve previously volunteered for AGDA Victoria for 3 years (2012-2015) and worked for The Design Foundation since 2012 on local design events. In 2013 I founded a Melbourne-focused event directory called Yard Guide (deactivated), and held ‘A Brief Exchange’ in early 2016 as an event to connect students with industry. I also maintain an archive of vintage science-fiction book covers, and have an unhealthy obsession with fluorescent purple.
